This home is off the market. It’s not easy to find such a SWEET 2000 square foot ranch , (not counting the partially finished basement) on a half acre + lot in an established neighborhood within the city limits. Back to the main area of the home, and to the rear, we find the kitchen with warm, darker-toned cabinets, a work island/ breakfast bar and lovely appliances which are all included with the purchase of the home. The dining area is at the right end of the kitchen. It has a formal dining room feel while still actually being a part of the kitchen. To the right of the dining area is a half wall that is completed with spindles to the ceiling to allow for a view of the family room beyond. The family room shows off a wall of wonderful built-in cabinets and shelving for display of books or other treasures. A French double door, gives access to the large rear deck and beautifully landscaped back yard, as does a slider from the kitchen area.

What’s that building in the backyard? It is an extra bonus! Actually there could be many uses for this mini-house. It is currently set up for an office, but would, also work well for a play room for the kids, mother-in law suite, (so nice your OWN mother would like it!) or whatever you can imagine.
